The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Virginia Molet, founder of Gravitae Academy, as its newest international partner, launching AoEC Spain.
This appointment further strengthens the AoEC’s growing global presence, joining an established international network spanning Asia, East Africa, the United States, Poland, the UAE and other key locations worldwide.
Virginia’s journey with the AoEC comes full circle. She completed her coach training with AoEC Switzerland in 2020 and now returns to her home country to lead the next phase of AoEC’s global growth. An executive coach specialising in systemic and team coaching, Virginia holds a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and is an ICF‑credentialed ACC coach, with PCC accreditation in progress.
Her coaching practice integrates Systemic Team Coaching, Gestalt Embodiment and advanced communication training from IESE, creating a rich, embodied and relational approach to leadership and organisational development. Beyond her professional work, Virginia is a passionate triathlete, competing in several endurance events each year.
Spain represents a compelling opportunity for AoEC’s continued expansion. Ranked as the 12th largest economy in the world* and home to an executive education and skills development market valued at USD 2.5 billion (Ken Research), Spain represents a significant opportunity for high‑quality coach training and professional development.
With its economic stability, global competitiveness and strategic location serving as a gateway to the European Union, North Africa and Latin America, Spain is ideally positioned for AoEC’s gold‑standard programmes.
Commenting on her appointment, Virginia Molet said: “Representing the AoEC in Spain is both a privilege and a natural continuation of my professional journey. AoEC programmes have shaped my development as an executive coach, and I am delighted to bring this standard of coach education to the Spanish professional community.”
John Leary‑Joyce, founder and CEO of the AoEC, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Virginia as head of AoEC Spain and to our international partner network. Her depth of experience, cross‑cultural insight and commitment to human growth make her the ideal leader for AoEC Spain. As we continue to expand our global footprint, Virginia’s expertise will be invaluable in supporting coaches, leaders and organisations across Spain to thrive.”
