We’re pleased to announce that the AoEC’s Mentor Coaching and Group Supervision programmes are now available for bookings in 2026.
Whether you're working towards your ICF credential or seeking to deepen your reflective practice, these two new offerings provide structured, expert-led support to help you grow as a coach.
This programme is ideal for coaches pursuing or renewing their ICF ACC or PCC credential. It offers 10 hours of mentor coaching over three months, combining group and individual sessions with a PCC-level mentor coach. You’ll receive targeted feedback, refine your skills and strengthen your alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Join a quarterly rhythm of reflection and development with fellow coaches. These small-group sessions provide a safe, facilitated space to explore your coaching work, gain new perspectives and maintain ethical, impactful practice.
Lucy Tulloch, head of coach education at the AoEC explains: “These programmes are a vital part of a coach’s ongoing development. Mentor coaching helps sharpen your skills and deepen your understanding of the ICF competencies, while group supervision offers a reflective space to stay grounded, ethical and inspired in your work. Together, they support coaches to grow with confidence and integrity.”
Both programmes are delivered online via Zoom for flexibility and accessibility. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience. Find out more on our website.
