Team Coaching

Drive powerful change

Team coaching – expanding opportunity and meeting demand

There has never been such a demand for teams to work more effectively and cohesively, with organisations requiring greater results often with far fewer resources.

Team coaching helps a team to explore and define their purpose, by taking an outside in approach, helping them to ask important questions like ‘what do our clients and stakeholders need us to deliver, both now and in the future?' Quite often this clarity and thinking is missing or there is not a shared understanding within the team.

Team coaching helps to combine the best of organisation development, coaching and facilitation skills to support a team, to firstly agree what they must deliver, identify, and help them to connect effectively with their stakeholders, review their processes and ways of working and agree how they are going to deliver on their shared objectives.

The AoEC is proud to be an ICF Advanced Accredited Team Coaching Education Provider.

The full Systemic Team Coaching® Practitioner Diploma (incorporating the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate) is an Advanced Accredited Team Coaching (AATC) programme and accredited by the ICF for 74 total hours of coach-specific education.
